Krystal Stephens brings over 15 years of dedicated service in Assisted Living Care, with a career rooted in compassion, leadership, and resident-centered excellence. Her extensive experience spans multiple facets of senior living operations, making her a trusted and knowledgeable leader in the field.
Krystal has served as a Certified Assistant Administrator overseeing daily operations and as the Campus Life Enrichment Director, where she oversaw resident activities, life-enrichment programming, assessments, transportation coordination, scheduling, and daily operational planning. Her work has consistently focused on enhancing quality of life, promoting engagement, and creating environments where residents feel valued, supported, and connected.
As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Krystal possesses specialized expertise in dementia care, enabling her to develop thoughtful, individualized approaches that honor dignity, safety, and emotional well-being. Her clinical background also includes hands-on experience as a Medical Technician and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), giving her a strong foundation in direct care and a deep understanding of residents’ medical and personal needs.

With strong attention to detail and a people-centered approach, Mohamed brings professionalism and care to every role he undertakes. He is respected for his calm leadership style, strong work ethic, and ability to build meaningful relationships across diverse communities.

In addition to her marketing role, Tamira provides Spiritual Care services, offering compassionate support to residents and families through moments of transition, reflection, and emotional need.
